Lawmakers are figuring out how to spend the state's $6.1 billion budget. Initial funding estimates for state agencies were passed out of committee and more work is coming in the next few weeks. As they hammer out initial budgets for state agencies, lawmakers are debating how to fund a teacher pay raise that's estimated to cost $25 million -- and also fund a raise for other state employees.
