On a warm summer day in Vicksburg back in 1894, Joseph Biedenharn changed history. The operator of the Biedenharn Candy Company, Joseph was selling customers lots of glasses of a popular new soda fountain drink called Coca Cola. It occurred to Joseph that if he could put the drink in bottles, he could sell even more.
